Scope of Services

All Agile Limited provides Coaching, Mentoring Facilitation and Training services, including a range of Agile workshops. Direct to Consumer Scrum Lake workshops are also part of All Agile Limited, but there is a separate Privacy policy for Direct to Consumer at Scrumlake.com.

Payment

All Agile Limited accepts payment via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

Liability

All Agile Limited is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
